Terms of Service | RapidBoost

1. Service Description

RapidBoost ("the Service") provides social media marketing services including followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement-related products across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Telegram, Spotify, and Facebook. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or harm others, nor to promote illegal activity, hate speech, terrorism, child exploitation, or any content that violates the law in your jurisdiction or ours.

3. No Guarantees on Engagement or Account Safety

We do not guarantee organic engagement, growth, or that your account will not be flagged, restricted, suspended, or banned by the social media platform. All social platforms have terms of service that prohibit purchased engagement, and using the Service is at your own risk. We do not guarantee retention of delivered followers, likes, or views beyond any stated refill window.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an order begins processing. Refunds are only available if an order has not yet been started by our system within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 hours). Once an order is marked "In Progress" no refund will be issued, regardless of completion speed. If an order fails entirely due to our error, we will refund the amount to your account balance.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not place orders targeting accounts or content that contains: (a) illegal material; (b) sexual or adult content; (c) hateful, racist, or discriminatory content; (d) content promoting violence or terrorism; (e) content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context; (f) content that infringes intellectual property rights. Orders violating this clause will be cancelled without refund and your account may be terminated.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, chargebacks, abuse of the Service, violation of these terms, or any action that may harm RapidBoost or other users. Account balances of terminated accounts may be forfeited.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers (Paystack, mobile money, card networks). All amounts are in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any chargeback or dispute fees incurred. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact will result in immediate account termination.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. RapidBoost is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, account bans, content removal, or reputation damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification where possible.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
